DOMAIN 6: GROUP SUCCESS + "meaningful participation" (PSA, 2015) according to the National Standards of Sport Coaches clearly states IS THE MATHEMATICAL EQUATION FOR TEAM SUCCESS!
DOMAIN 6 & MIS CRETERES 27: moves in the field skills (Edges of Blades, What Edges Executes Which Body Motion, Inside/Outside & Back/Forward Weight Transition or Directions to Execute a Jump, Turn, Spin, etc.) The Blade does all the work, there is nothing else. It's all in the Blade (Sakhi, 2017).
DOMAIN 6/STANDARD 27: elements of a SKILL COMBINATION, & TECHNIQUES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SPORT BEING COACH says the National Standards for Sport Coaches (PSA, 2015).
Domain 6/Standard 28: PSA (2009/2015) states according to the CER SS 402 Program coaches should prioritize a winning environment based on "identified needs, skilled development, and acquisition of a seemlessly amazing choreography short and free skate program as a result of application to a real life gaming competition utilizing skills received" (Sakhi, 2017 & PSA, 2009/2015).
Where do we go from here: Standing on the ice, how do I utilize my body, height, weight, and state of mind to project myself utilizing nothing but my body to propel into an axis (jump up at a distance off ice) of trajectory (a path up into the air safely leaving the ice in an eloquent manner against gravity) as trajectory meaning "path" as defined in the PSA's CER SS 402 Course for Coaches (PSA, 2009/2015).

HEIGHT OF THE SKATER'S PATH: THE AXIS OF MY TRAJECTORY PLUS  SAFE LANDING WITH GRAVITY IS A CONSIDERATION WHEN CONTEMPLATING HOW THE LEFT PELVIS BONE NEAR THE SOFT TISSUE OF THE ABDOMINAL MUSCLE IS THE CORE AREA OF FOCUS BEING REFERRED TO AS "CENTER OF MASS" ACCORDING TO PSA (2009/2015).

ON A CIRCLE WITH THE MONSTER INSIDE THE CENTER OF MASS (SAKHI, 2017).
Center of Mass (The Monster in the Abdominal Muscle under the left anatomical plane near the left pelvis bone of the female is the 'COM' center of mass). Nothing else matters.
The question is what do I do with it?
Inventing and creating movement with this one spot of mass in the tissue, how do I generate motion during my short period of time in the air after projecting myself with a blade edge, turn, or toe pic against gravity? (Sakhi, 2017).

Time and distance according to PSA (2009/2017) are of great importance to the object getting propelled from the ice surface into the air.
GRAVITY AND RESISTANCE TO AIR CAN BLOCK THE HUMAN BODY FROM PROJECTING IN THE AIR: This concept according to the Professional Skater's Association clearly paints the picture of any object slowing down during it's path when something blocks a continuous flow of ventillation, or basically places arms outward to stop the body from spinning (PSA, 2009/2015).

Parabolic Path says experts of CER SS 402 in Biomechanics of Jumping is the "predetermined path trajectory" of the figure skater at the time of take off while on the ice surface and this cannot be changed (PSA, 2009/2015).

PROJECTILE JUMPING TRAJECTORY: On a Circle (Sakhi, 2017) at the ice's surface is where the path of the figure skater's journey will have it's destiny written in stone says the Professional Skater's Association experts in "initial velocity & initial position" (PSA, 2009/2015) whereas where the skater came from is how to measure where the skater is going or how great their progress is expressed in performance.

QUAD JUMPS: How fast the skater is rotating is angular velocity according to the PSA in CER SS 402: "Biophysics of Jumping" (PSA, 2009/2015).
According to the PSA (2009/2015) CER SS402 Professional Skating Coach Training Environment the National Standards for Sport Coaches identify "Domain 6 represents the sport skills and tactics" utilized by Coaches to train their groups to win spiritually, physically, psychologically, and most importantly...in the workplace (PSA, 2017).
